Booking Information:

We are thrilled to give you the opportunity to choose your own appointment times! No more wasted time with back and forth emails or voicemails!

You may book 1 or more appointments up to 60 days in advance. You may also cancel or reschedule your appointments here.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments so that we can offer your spot to someone else. There is a $100 cancellation or no-show fee if this notice is not given or you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment. After the 2nd no-show, we will require non-refundable, pre-payment of all appointments thereafter.

If you require a Saturday morning appointment, please give us a phone call as these are only scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE

Please note that our office is located in a building with stairs and does not have wheelchair access. We recognize the importance of accessible services and are committed to accommodating clients wherever possible. We offer virtual counselling sessions and in certain cases, may provide in-home appointments. If accessibility is a concern for you, please contact us directly to discuss the best available option.

NEW PAYMENT POLICY

Effective March 1st 2024

Our new payment policy requires all sessions to either be prepaid upon booking (eTransfer or via the Acuity Scheduler) OR you can provide either a credit card or a Visa debit card to store on file which may be used to process payments for services after booking has been completed. Cancellations will be completely refunded provided a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given, and appointments that are rescheduled will simply have the payment applied to the new scheduled date. If there are charges incurred based on our no-show or cancellation policy, any partial refund amounts will be either sent back to you, or applied to a future appointment based on your preference.
